Heat and moisture are two important elements for the healthy growth of crops and plants. Regions should have a temperature of more than 10\u00b0C for plant growth. Without proper irrigation facilities, farming in dry places is not possible. Also, different crops and regions require different amounts of moisture.\n<div style=\"background-color:yellow\"><ul>\n \t<li><strong>Soil<\/div><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSoil quality is another determining factor in whether the plant will produce high productivity or not. Also, continuous plantation leads to soil infertility. It&#8217;s important to use fertilizers and manures, practice crop rotation, and leave the agricultural land fallow to make it fertile again.\n<div style=\"background-color:yellow\"><ul>\n \t<li><strong>Topography<\/div><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nTopography influences the development of agriculture. It helps you examine the methods of cultivation, the level of soil erosion, and the mode of transportation. Hilly regions face soil erosion as there is limited machinery and no availability of transportation facilities. To avoid the additional cost, crops like vegetables, etc., are cultivated close to the market.\n<div style=\"background-color:yellow\"><ul>\n \t<li><strong>Capital<\/div><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nImprovement in Technology leads to the growth of farming, thus, it needs more capital investment to buy fertilizers, HYV seeds, pesticides, machinery, and other tools. In most of the region, farmers are unable to bear investment in heavy machinery, which impacts agricultural productivity negatively.
